It's a custom chopper that I designed. It's been 3 years in the making, everything is custom or hand built. The motor is a 1982 Yamaha XS650,greatly used for flat trackers and hill climbers becouse of it's torque.Without taking up pages with info, which I could, there is not one part you can point to and I would say we didn't customise that.It has a 50 degree rake with 8" over stock DNA forkscustom 21" front rim,Vortex clip-ons from a GSXR1000,clutch lever from ASV,custom streatched and widened tank with flush mount gas cap, custom rear rim with two front brake calipers off the front of a R1,chain adjuster sprocket fron a Husky 125 dirtbike, custom throw rod from a VW Scat drag fast shifter,an authentic WW2 pineapple handgrenade I bought and had disarmed and threaded, and a brutal motor built by a guy in Indanna who builds and races hillclimbers. All covered in a 2-stage gold/limegreen metalic candy paint. This thing is going to eat Harleys alive.Thats the short of it:D

OK. Maybe not your ZR1. But,

"The S-Type R is nothing less than a fire-breathing, ground-pounding, GS430-stomping, tire-smoking sport sedan fueled by a supercharged V8 cranking out a whopping 390 hp, all wrapped in a sleek package that is unmistakably Jaguar. You could spend $20,000 more on an AMG E55, but why?

For all practical purposes, the S-Type R isn’t even a luxury sedan at all. Unlike the compromising Lexus GS430, the S-Type R goes for the throat in what can only be called an all-out performance sedan. Similar to the BMW 540i in execution but with a less stern end result, the S-Type R is able to dispense this pavement scorching performance in a rather effortless manner. The R can reach 60 mph from a dead stop in just over 5 seconds, but the car never loses its composure. The V8 configuration of this car gives it adequate torque off the line, while the supercharger delivers rocket like acceleration at higher RPMs. Stab the gas at 3500 RPM, the supercharger whines aggressively, and the R leaps forward with all the verve and authority of a jet-fighter at take-off. The 6-speed automatic works well with this engine, never “hunting” or hesitating when the accelerator is stomped upon. Under hard acceleration, up-shifts are firm and precise. Downshifts are somewhat noticeable, but never annoying. A sport mode can be selected, which delays up-shifting in order maximize power."

You forget that it's an English car. In other words, you are going to spend more time repairing it than using it. I'd go with the Vette any day. :)

No probs so far. After putting 50k on a Buell, the Jag's a piece of cake. I can cope w/just about anything now...

I don't think that it would touch a Vette!

Done did. Thus the reason I'm more than confidant. Ain't come in second to any 'Vette yet. But I'll be lookin' for you @ the next red light... :p

Nice toys! One of my employees drives a Jaguar S-Type R and that car is unbelievable. :D[up]

Just knowin' that BuellXB likes the S-Type R is compliment enough...

As far as that 'vette, I'd love to see it anywhere.

And I wouldn't mind if I got my ass kicked by a faster car.
Due respect to the owner of said car.
I mean DAMN!; That's the whole reason I picked up the Jag...
She was sexy and screamin' quick to boot!
(...and I got the $5k worth of rims thrown in for free!)

My next dream car is a Ford GT.
I'm also lookin' for a '71 Ford T-bird 2 door Landau...
but for now, 3 cars, a truck and 3 bikes is enuf.
Who can afford gas and insurance these days anyhow???
(You should see my 46' catamaran...)
