Later '07 & up have the upgraded "learning" ECM and can be done by the user with no software needed. Here's the procedure for the bikes with the newer ECMs: '08+ TPS Reset Procedure

A andrecna Member Joined May 19, 2009 Messages 15 May 28, 2009 #3 Funny thing is that my bike is marked as produced in Nov 06 but I was checking the vin # on the frame and the info about the vin in the manual and it is 07...well but either way I need ECMSpy or dealer to reset TPS.. Thanks a lot Bro!!
