Is Duralast TPS4129 still a good choice for a 2009 Uly? I have seen the thread by JOEL9, from 2012 and that is what was recommended for 2008+ XB. His thread was from 2012 and his bike is an XB9 Lightning, so wanted to be sure.

Thank You Cooter. Have ECMDroid, and can see the TPD reading jumps up over 6 and beyond at idle sometimes, at least once or twice on a 40 mile commute. TPS reset seems to help for at least one commute, then is intermittent again. AutoZone has them in Stock, will get one installed tonight after work.

The Duralast part number is identical and so far it works well. Idle and Gas mileage are better. The price has gone up and is about $128, with Veterans discount $115.

2008-2010 ALL XB TPS ASSEMBLY PART # P0279.5AA lists for $84.34
Duralast TPS4129 direct crossover but now lists for approx 40% more than OEM

DORMAN and AS-BERLIN both have direct crossover to both OEM and DL for less than 1/2 their cost. Thought that was common knowledge by now?
