trade my 1125r for your uly

I have a 08 1125r with 3200 miles on it. I've put the high r bar kit with heated grips, double bubble smoked wind screen, select rider and passenger seats, drop pegs, exhaust turn outs, and bar inserts. Yes the bike is fun to ride but worthless to me if I want to take my 3 year old for a ride. If I had a uly I could ride to work then back home and take my son forms rides in the hills afterwards
So im checking to see if there was someone out there who might consider a trade. My only issue would be due to the fact im working with my bank I need to have one close to mine in nada.value, which means a 09 or 10.
