transmission problem

new guy I have a 99 lightning and the problem is the transmission it seem like the bike is slipping in and out of 3rd now and then and now and then it gets washed between 2nd and 3rd any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Start with your Clutch Cable Adjustment and fluid level First. Make sure to test it with a short ride and go easy on it just in case it needs the Clutch itself adjusted. There are some videos on that here and YouTube make sure to match up the Videos correctly . This is where a manual is important, but if you don't have one then check out the videos , The Local LibraryTake your time and go from there.
