The coordinates of the companies engaged in transport packaging for air flights?
Can anyone have the experience, share, how much packaging? price?
Who knows where to go with the requezt in Boston?

James Bond? Sure he can manage it. In all seriousness just Google search it to find shipping companies. For a bike I would think a shipping container on a Boat would be the only way that would be affordable.

What xtreme said. When I was in Germany I looked at getting my bike over there with me...by boat was way cheaper but takes a couple months to arrive. By plane was much faster, about a week, but cost around $3k each way.

for Air shipment, ALL combustible fluids HAVE to be removed.

If you need to ship by air just call the big shipping companies. FedEx, UPS or if you're overseas try DHL. They all ship large items as well as packages.
