Triple tree ?

Will an '07 firebolt triple tree fit on a '05 lightning? I know the gauge cluster won't fit but will it fit on the shocks?

I forgot to mention it was from a '07 XB9R. I would like to mod one to fit my '05 XB12S...but not sure if its the same size fork tubes and everything.
