I just bought this one for my wife (which coincidentally fits me too :D

I've seen a few higher end lids and I'm going to end up getting another helmet at the end of my tour but I need one for my RnR as my first helmet is trashed and just wanna grab a discounted upper end lid for now. I'll probably get an AGV or Shark at the end of the tour. But if any of you have opinions/experience with any of these helmets. Exo700 Air frame or Star?

I like the qwest and that's one for consideration at the end of the tour when i get my little bonus check. Those helmets i've narrowed down are all in the 150-250 range which fits my budget for right now. I pretty much want a minimal frills helmet to wear daily to and from work and when I'm hitting hard twisties and don't want music or distractions. when i buy my next helmet it will be one with the flip down visor and i'll be hooking it up with speakers and blue tooth and other crap for my longer rides.

I am a scorpion fan through and through! Had a EXO when a chunk of concrete fell off a truck on the interstate in Tx and hit just above my shield ripped a vent off and scratched it all to hell but didnt hurt my head and prob saved my life! I bought an Icon 4 years ago and was super excited, it was the black one that had ****ies on it, got it in the mail and it was tight as hell and not as comfortable!! So I say the EXO!!

That's where mine is! I now gotta get the white one to have the matching set! Angel and Devil Ying and Yang kinda thing! If you do get an Icon make sure you try it on! I went to the BX/PX last week and the 2xl which is normally my size wouldnt fit. And that has been the normal with them!!! Good luck I am actually shopping for a new lid myself, neighbor had the EXO with the flip down sun shades and threw it in the trash after about a month due to the sun shade falling on it's own and vibrating all the time.

Well I am a die hard ARAI fan, I cant seem to find any other helmet that compares as far as comfort, and ventilation. Just my 2 cents.

I have this helmet in a large that is a little too big for me. I just bought the same helmet in medium to replace it. PM me if you are interested.

For the price the Exos are sweet lids, I would just stay away from the 400s, anything above that is good.

But once you treat yourself to a Shoei or Arai you'll never go back to anything else.

I have an older rf1k and newer rf11, light, quiet, great fit.

The scorpion exo-700's are a lot of helmet for the money. Expecially the closeout silver one you have pictured above.

The exo-500's have been extremely popular. I really like it, but all the distributors are sold out and they won't be back in stock for a couple more months.

I have one of each you posted pics of and even though the Bell is a killer helmet it is noisy, the icon doesn't flow air worth a crap. If it were me I would say go with the Scorpion hands down.

Icon is all about name and style. Bell is one of the safest helmets and looks great, but You pay the price unless you can get a close out price. Scorpion helmets are highly under rated and worth much more than what you pay.

I have the scorpion chameleon exo-700, after a long ride or a full season of riding i feel like i have lock jaw (TMJ). Anyone else experience this with the scorpions, love the helmet but maybe its too small (its a large).

That is why I went with a Zox helmet. They are a lot like Scorpion, very under-rated and under-priced for what you get. They should charge a lot more. Scorpion would be my pick for you.

I have a Scorpion EXO900, I like it, but it doesn't breath well at other than high speed.

I also have a Shoei RF1000, not to crazy about it.

A KBC Viper, it's a little small for my head.

Had 2 KBC modular helmets, IDK which ones they were, really liked those.

GF has a Bell Apex and she seems to like it. She also had the same KBC modular before.
