ulysses luggage/windshield advice

just purchases a 2007 Ulysses. completely stock so planning on doing a few mods and upgrades. 2 quick questions:
1-any suggestions on reasonably priced soft luggage/bags for the back? it does not have the factory soft bags and would like some saddlebags for short trips. something reasonably priced and with brackets or mounting system?
2-has stock flyscreen and windshield mounted on same. the shield is clear. is there a somewhat taller differently shaped shield that bolts on to where the stock one now is? thanks much as always for any help and suggestions.

Mad Stad has an adjustable bracket system and aftermarket shields for a good price, I got the bracket for now, it does cause a little more vibration, in the dash, due to the added weight, it is all stainless and has a good powder coat, plenty of adjustability, and customer service was top rate,

+1 on the Madstad system, I have it with the standard low windshield and even with that it makes a difference. With the taller windshield or the Madstad windshields it must be even more comfortable.
