Changed my X1 up so figured i post some new pics-

Changed over to a v-rod headlight, custom headlight mounts, LED blinkers, hidden wires in the handlebars, motogadget mini speedo, gsxr radial master, ZTL2 caliper, Borla Exhaust, Custom Billet air cleaner housing and throttlebody mount, and a few other things-

I am in love with your bike purpony. Only thing I would change, for my personal tastes, is a set of clip ons. Bravo sir. Bravo.

You cant see it but im actually standing and clapping right now. Lol

Awesome job Pur! Close up of the headlight mount?

Only thing I would change, for my personal tastes, is a set of clip ons.

I have crossroads on my S1W/XB and they look good but are uncomfortable as hell. I'm going back to the stock bars this winter.

thanks guys-

50- im using a motogadget miniscope speedo- I have been wanting one forever. I wired it up to toggle through it using the flash to pass button-

ive thought of clip ons but then i ride the bike and like the position of the bars.... clipo ons would look sweet though.

ill have to find the pics i took of the headlight mounts. Made a few rapid prototype mounts to get my spacing right and then CNCed them.

The Borla exhaust isnt to bad. Its quieter then i wanted but it has a nice deep sound and I love the look. I wanted more of a stealth look so I had the pipes ceramic coated and i hi temp powdercoated the muffler. My ceramic coater's oven crapped out during the process and they tried to recover it but seems it didnt work. The min i started the bike the ceramic started to flake. They are going to redo it this winter for me.

Pur,

I saved some of those pics to my cpu. You have one of the nicest custom Buell's out there. Ride it with pride!

If you dont mind my askin' - About how much have you got in it? Were I a rich man I'd hand you 12K for it without batting an eye. It is too cool.

thanks a bunch- I love riding it and building parts for it. Honestly, I have NO idea how much I have into it and I probably dont want to know. But with that said, i probably dont have as much as one would think. Most of the custom parts i design and make myself along with all the powdercoating.

Ok - last question from me,

How difficult would it be to do a nearly identical build except with an XB mill?

Love it purpony, I think Crossroads bars would really finish the look out, those bars just kinda stick out to me. Other than that looks top notch [up], maybe if you lost the bar end mirrors they would look better, the bars just look too tall and too wide for the style you went with the bike to me

^ yeah, I'm trying to imagine it with clubman bars. That would make for a less comfy ride but would look pretty rad.

Def the sickest x1 I've ever seen! Congrats big time. Would love to see that bike in person. Awesome!!!
