The ****** thing is, Momo only had this one wheel left. WTF do I do now? I've filed a claim with UPS, but I still need a new wheel!! Now I have one bent wheel and one dented wheel. FML

I would think they would have to buy you all 4 new wheels. If they cannot relace this one with an exact one like it.

either way some one should either replace that wheel with one exactly like it or they should replace all four if that was the last one made like that.

If insured, UPS may pay for the replacement value of the wheel. If you didn't get it insured, you'll probably get $100, since that's their limit. You will NOT get UPS to buy you a new set of wheels, no matter how much you plea your case to them...

Nice wheels... and it does seem like if UPS is the one doing that to their boxes then they should pay for it, but it does sound like funnythebunny is right. if insured then great if not, might be out of luck.

If I was you and I had the money to order the another wheel that Mono has I would think about doing that or talking with them and see what that they could do to help.

I'm not sure what's up with the shipping industry recently, but quality of service has really decreased. Every package I've received in the last 2 months has either been momentarily lost, misdelivered, or damaged.

Every single f*cking one...

Dave you said they where the last wheels the had
out in omaha, ne we have a guy called Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists and they do a pretty good work

here is a link to Wheel repair locator

hope this helps you if UPS doesnt

If they don't help you fix it you should throw it threw one of their store windows and call it even[cool]

The sender is responsible, but their liability is limited to your purchase price + shipping. As far as repair, you might be able to get your bent one fixed by wheelbendermender. com in NC.

I'm a shipper/reciever Dave. True the sender may not have packaged it properly but they can only do so much. I try to package things as best as I can but **** still happens. Call Momo, send them the pics and let them take it with UPS. You're one guy, UPS doesn't care, Momo sends tons of ****, they have a much better chance of getting results. Good luck,Wayne

He said

Yes this could be filled, but I personally wouldn't feel comfortable doing it. It can be filled, sanded and painted, but one day when someone is changing the tire and it hits just right at the spot repaired, it would snap right out.

Why they would box a wheel without a plastic bead protector is just fen stupid.
Wow i would be pissed good luck getting this resolved

Well good news. I found a place to fix the wheel. $175. I'm still waiting on UPS, but I already know they're going to blame Momo. Which is understandable because it was a bad packing job. You'd think a company like that would know how to send a wheel.
