Velocity Stack interchange

Are all the velocity stacks the same? Or are there separate part numbers for the 9 and 12 models. Thanks in advance!

9 and 12 are different. The 9 has a smaller throttlebody than the 12

And '03 can only be used with a '03 TB I think '04 is the same too.
