Looking for advise, pretty much the same problem as the original poster but my bike sat longer, has a new battery, carb was cleaned, bike starts right up, originally smoked once it got hot, 2-3 oz of oil was drained out (level was too high). When I drained it seemed like there was some floaties in it, not anything metal just some type of junk. So my question is other than the obvious change the oil and filter. What else do I check/replace. It sounds great, (my god did I miss that sound) Rode it a little (ok, 3 miles, didn't get above 40mph) it felt tight, sounded great.
