Weight reduction question.

Note - Almost all aftermarket alternative parts will be way lighter than the stock part. That little bit here and there can start adding up quick lights, signals, etc. - and if you ditch the other cosmetic safety parts - belt guards, scoop, etc., that adds up as well. My stock parts Blast is way heavier than my toy Blast - lol

Long distance running. I lose about 20 - 30 pounds in season. If you look at most racers they are very thin. Most of them either do long distance running, or biking to help with the physical fatigue of riding, and to help maintain their strength and weight.

I figured if my fat ass wasn't loosing weight, the bike better! - lol
