Weird 4k rpm bog

So now that I am back in Colorado and the weathers nice I am riding quite a bit. I gutted my exhaust when I was in tx, ever since I've been back at 6,000+ altitude I have a weird flat spot at 4k rpm. But once it hits 4500 it ***** and gets pretty hard. As I posted along time ago I still gave a hard start/stall. I'm thinking I need a new ECM and tune. Any thoughts? It's an 09 12r.

Maybe reseting your AFV to 100% then taking a nice 15 min highway drive might help it out.
