Well Im back with a new name and muffler

Here is the new muffler I fabed up its the edelbrock 5504 with two tips turned out. I had to speed up the build due to the crapy jardine I broke on me is 5500 miles.

Is that a car muffler and how is it working out. I was looking at doing the same thing with a Flowmaster.

no it is a muffler that edelbrock made for harley part number 5504 it has a lower tone than the race and more flow but i think is has just a little more back presure than the jardine. and it uses the stock mounts

He's basically making The Latus Muffler that was made and discontinued by Latus HD in Oregon. Americansportbike.com has some sound clips of it and many others. They sound awesome in my opinion. The black one in the picture is the original Latus after being modified. The silver, of course, is the unmodified Edelbrock 5504 RPM series muffler....which has also been discontinued. [sad]

but insted of making brackets off the muffler i used the brackets that came with the jardine and I think it sounds wicked Im trying to post it on you tube

any pics with the chin fairing off? thats a good idea using the Jardine brackets!
