there will be none. buell is out of the motorcycle production business forever. google "intellectual property rights" and then re-read the article.

I could see the engine turning up in a side by side or something if a company buys the tooling and IP, and probably the parts will end up bought by some existing operation and being sold to owners. A stretch goal would be complete parts kits being sold for DIY bikes, but I doubt that. I don't see any possible path that EBRs under any name are ever made again, best outcome is that the parts are still available to us EBR owners rather than sold for their value as recyclables.

All that said, I bought my new in box 2014 1190RX in March knowing full well that it was almost certain this was going to happen, and I regret NOTHING!

they are sorting all parts to be able to retain a stock to support warranty claims. it should either be back up in a week or so or completely convert to order forms like when lap initially took ownership. the parts that are made available should be discounted.......again like initial lap ownership
