Well almost one year after my wreck my case finally settled up and I just bought i new bike yesterday.
Unfortanly i could not find a buell that what i was looking for in the area but i did find the next big thing. [smirk]

That is what insurrance and lawyers are for. insurrance will cover bike, and more than likely hospital fees. Lawyers take care of the rest... pain and suffering, your inability to support yourself, etc.
