These are not motorcycle jackets! They will hardly do for riding a scooter around town.
Just find a local store selling bikers gear, and go and try some. Depending on the weather conditions where you live, the amount of protection you want, and your budget, they'll help you choose the right one.
Alternatively, look around on websites like RevZilla, SportsBikeTrackGear, Motorcycle-Superstore etc, read about what each jacket offers, and when you get a good idea about what you are looking for, then you can look at their sizing charts and order one for you. Some jackets fit real tight, but leave you feeling really comfortably on moving on the bike, but maybe not off the bike. Baggy isn't good, especially in case of accident. You want the protectors to stay in place, and you don't want the leather to pinch a bit of flesh.
I'll recomend something with CE-approved shoulder and elbow armor, and at least foam back protector, but I'll recomend removing the foam from the back protector pocket and replacing it with something of higher quality (for example my jacket came with Knox foam protector, which is considered one of the best of this kind).
Black is cool, but not reflective if you would like to be seen at night from box drivers. And hot if you live in hot areas. Leather or textile is your choise, as is ventilated with inner liner, or non ventilated jacket for winter use. If you are doing high-speeds, then you'll have air flowing during the summer anyway. I am thinking on buying another jacket for the summer, as mine is black and not quite ventilated, and it gets quite hot here during the summer. But the one I have is perfect for winter-autumn-spring.
