What Backpacks/Bags do you use?

as far as bags go, i've been using some dowco soft saddle bags that i got off ebay for $50 that work great. These things can hold a good bit of weight and still be rock solid.. easy to put on and take off again too.

For a backpack i've used a Clive (skateboarder brand) pack that i've had since highschool. GREAT bag. very comfy, vents really well so your back doesn't get sweaty in the summer. holds a lot of shit too and is durable.. no, i'll say indestructable. I've no doubt it would hold up fine if it fell off at 70 on the freeway.

plasticgunz..

Thanks for the post. Went to Compusa and looked at them. Yes, they are made by Axio and except for the logo on the hard outer shell they are exactly the same. Bought 2, can't go wrong for the price $19.99 + tax.

I use my camelbak back pack that costed a lot so I use it for every thing seabed it be the feild a trip on the motorcycle or traveling on a plane. It goes every were

In Korea I used to see guys packing crap on there motorcycles like that all the time. Maybe not quite that bad but close.

I have a Buell tank bag. Works great in holding things, but it also scratches my XB tank. Wouldn't recommend the tank bag.

Its all about the Boblbee, been usng this bag for years, MX, snow, mtb cycling and the buell...has always been awesome and comfy.

I'm using a Swiss Army backpack that I picked up at Target for $40 about a year ago. It's nice, has a laptop sleeve and external cinch straps so you can compress it down nice and tight so you don't look like a turtle. I only wish it had straps for carrying a helmet.

24 dollar Coyote Brown two pouch book bag from clothing and sales, fits everything but lays very flat when empty.

If anyone has bought lexatv's bags, I think Dave_Xb12r was interested? BE SURE you use a clear film to protect your side rails... They will leave a nasty mark. And American Sportbike doesn't even make paint for my rails [mad]

i've got an ogio backpack. it's a snowboard pack but seems to work pretty well holds a ton of stuff and doesn't look too terrible. i got a tail bag for my Ss for christmas, but haven't been able to ride with it just yet.

I use a Sparco backpack. Good pocket for holding my ezpass, that works when i pass under the scanner on the tollroads. I just need to stand up. Also has nice straps for holding water bottles and tightening up when highway riding. Only costs like 50.

Has anyone tried those nets that are used to hold stuff on your back seat.

I have used one of those before I wouldn't really recommend it. Never had a real issue but it never really felt secure enough for me and getting it adjusted to each item was a pain

Buellchick got me one of these for my B-Day, but UPS delivered it to the wrong address so she has to get her money back and reorder it, well I just hope I actually get it before my B-day in a couple weeks.

That pic of the bike from the 3rd world country loaded to the hilt is freaking great! lol
Im a new rider but me or at least my girl is gonna use my voltaic solar powered backpack. Great for keeping the old iPhone charged [up]
...which totally makes me want to do a mod where i had a small iPhone docking station or plug on the top of the air box so i could see my GPS dot as i ride :D Maybe some small solar panels integrated into the air box as well to charge it so i could get a backpack like above with a helmet bag attached to it.

my bag..

Has anyone tried those nets that are used to hold stuff on your back seat. like this one.

May not be an issue with our exhaust but does that pic look like they put zip ties on that tail pipe? :D

Arg, I had pretty much settled on the Icon Squad 2 for a backpack...I ride on base daily and the Squad 2 would take care of both the need for a reflective vest and the need to wrap a backpack in reflective material, only downside is it's not in regs once you are off the bike.

Now you (Xtreme and Buellchick) got me looking at the badass looking Ogio No Drag, which I can get the Pack Pelt for when I ride on base. Plus when shopping for the best deal on the No Drag I ran across the Axio Swift 2.0, and I really like it! Anyone used the Swift 2.0?
