What bike does this pulley cover fit on?

So I won this AmericanSportsBike CF pulley cover, at a raffle. But it doesn't fit my bike. ('04xb12r) I only saw this style on some '07 xb's online.

Any help cause I wanna sell/trade it so I can get the one for my bike.

Looks like a '03, if it is it should be a bit to small. Most likely I am guessing it hits your belt when you try to mount it.

Still not positive to what model this belongs to. If this looks like your OEM pulley cover then it will fit and I'll sell it.

Hey Xtreme thinks it's for the ulysses and I think he is right. So any Uly riders hit me up for a new cover at way better price then online. or it goes on ebay.
