OMG it looks flawless. Getting closer to the first prototype. Stay tuned, I'm gonna post new thread soon with all necessary details how you can do it yourself
Took my niece for her very first motorcycle ride.....off to college soon. Seemed like yesterday day I was feeding her a bottle. God I'm old. Well, now off on the waverunners for the rest of the day. Her first time for that as well.

Thanks. ZTL2 caliper already has openings, so no need to do anything, just plug and play. I will share finished CAD model so you can print your own parts with any color and finish you want, and it will cost just a couple dollars materials.
Got a second to get in the garage and give Stella some love:
I'll try this Li-Ion Battery. She has no problem sitting for a month with the old one without a tender. Lets see if this works as well. She sure cranks MUCH faster!! 315CCA!
Old Gel battery was 10.3 lbs:
Shorai 2.95 FTW!
Remarkable!
Just had to add a little foam from the box, and it fit like a glove.Plenty of room to keep my Buell tool bag right on top between the ECM
She can run fast and be loaded fairly heavy at times so I also added an EBR finned 6mm racing rotor I had with all the solid mounting hardware. Maybe I need it? Maybe I don't but worth it for the Confidence!
I also swapped a black '2 or 3 bearing wheel' rear axle I got from Lunatic (Thanks Man!). The old one had a little damage from the last bearing failure and I'm looking for a cheap black and Pewter 3-bearing wheel...
Fit just fine, just a little different. Sticks out a tad more on the head end.
And finally broke down and wrapped the header. She's been looking a little Mad Max lately anyway.
I squidded a ride along the beach in my shorts (for science!!) and what a HUGE difference in inner thigh heat!
Those long rides on the highway will be quite a bit more pleasant
FYI, it's a total pain to wrap them individually t the "Y" on a 12 with the big primaries, but I think the look is worth it. No hose clamps, just held the ends in place with safety wire:up:
