It's just a 72 chevelle Malibu, base 307. We have a fresh gently massaged vortec ready to go, just wanted to get it painted and going. It's been sitting in the pole barn for three yrs. New front and rear bumpers, mirror, door handles, 18" w 265 out back and 225 up front. Nothing but an ice cream getter. I like the 71 grille better so that's why I ran that, hate the 72 grille. And thanks a ton for the compliment, have about 60hrs in the bodywork alone

68 r/t, still have the original motor. Car was originally gold but previous owner went orange. It will be dark silver poly when I get through with it

OH! Thats what it is, I figured it out. They need copious amounts of pure white tire smoke pouring from the rear wheel wells. THAT would look normal for those two pristine examples of factory lunacy.

Lol, thanks a ton John. I'm good on the brake duct cooling thing. I like to invite underprivileged kids from third world countries to the track to see what goes on in the pits, I pit in EVERY lap and have them blow on my front rotors, they enjoy seeing something they will never see in their country, my rotors stay cool, and I feel good about myself for doing something nice!
