What Header IS THIS???

I was just browsing SPECIAL OPS website and came across this one pic. From the customer pics. Looks sick... I want one. If anyone has any info please share.

I have seen it before looks like a water slide. But it is to equalizes the header lengths for better performance.

I will see what I can find if someone doesnt first.
