What is this?

So I found this with my subframe and tail lights it was cut off and i don't know what it's for, is it the flasher for the taillights?

The reason i ask is because i installed my battery in the bike and the lights all worked fine. so i have no clue what this is.

lol. I did find the blue and purple cables running from the ecm , to this but i don't know about the extra red cables. Thanks guys

It looks like one of those "power modules" i used to see on ebay a few years ago. the seller was from some eastern european country, something with "stan" in the end like uzbekastan. if it was hooked to your ecm it probably was. not sure what they did though[confused]

it's the synchronizer for your carbonal gram-meter. Rockwell international developed it for our space program, Chrylser perfected it, Buell offered it as part of the optional EBR performance package on select Buells. this nice man here from Chrylser Corp. will explain it to you.

abe6, i was serious what i posted. i used to see them on ebay a while back. it was something along the lines of a dyno-jet power commander. it was sold by someone overseas.

Yea I have been looking for one like that on ebay because the previous owner had said the bike had a fuel or power commander can't remember which. Thanks joel9

It is a fuel commander. once I hooked it all up it erased the check engine light. thanks everyone, but especially joel9 for helping me remember what it was. lol
