I got 10k out of my dunlop road smarts .
10 day trip to the dragon and 2k miles on my 1125 (i also got better feel from the dunlops on my xb9) and the corsa 3's are done front and rear [sad]
thinking i want to try the 2ct's
Where has someone seen them for 200 ??

After switching out my stock diablos for Michelin Pilot Power 2CT's I'll never go back. Great tread pattern, the dual compound is amazing for canyon weekends and gives you many extra miles on the flats for commuting.

i am about to do both tyres soon (9000kms on rear about 1000kms till tread wear ind). I am thinking of the pirelli angel's .joser i gather you have these as stated . how do they compare to diablo's as standard fitment or what about pilot powers against the std diablo which i have no complaints about.cheers guys for your input.

Check Jakewilson.com for them at $212 and I think there are additional coupons too to get them even cheaper![up]

Pilot power 2cts. I love the tread look and the handling of these things. Getting really good wear too.

i'm running pilot power 2 ct's on my buell i love 'em
on the other hand my R1 came with pirelli corsas and they absolutely suck, even when warm it wont stop wheelspinning when i try to do wheelies. i dont trust them. as far as my tires go, this race season i'm putting on power pures on the buell and taking the 2 ct's to the R1

Metzler M3's for me. Just got them but have about 1000 to 1500 to go on the crappy Dunlops I have.

I got around 4,00o out of my corsa III down to the cords. I then went to SHinko 005...(terrible choice). I just got PP's on mine and so far happy.

I'm in the market for some new tires as well. Only got about 4000 on the stock Corsa IIIs.

Anyone have any experience with the Michelin Pilot Road 2ct? Just wondering how they compare to the Pilot Power 2ct. Thanks.

Anybody try the full bore usa tires? There really cheap. Thought I might try them on the blast. Can't be any worse than dunslops[down]
Matt

seems like michelins are getting all the love, Has anyone run metzlers? Does everyone run stock Tire Pressures, or do you bump them up? I adjust my tire pressure every couple of days to be sure they are at 34 and 36.

I ran Metzler M3's on my last set. Now I have Pilot Road 2's.

The Michelins are way nice. I'd totally buy them again.

Bridgestone BattleAxe BT-003 Racing street.
Best super sticky high performance tire I have ever used. It may be a little agressive for some.. and you may not get more than 3.5k from them. I ride mostly in the mountains and for the curves I have yet to find better.
