Anyone know off hand whats involved in removing the stock pipe on a 1125r? I bought a DnD for cheap and wanna throw it on.

It will sound like hell on Wheels Yeah!. She may pop a little on decel. A piece of cardboard will shield you a little from the chilly.Welcome to the Forum![cool]

Any ideas on how to tone it down a bit? I dig the sound just needing alittle quieter. On my rinehart 2-1 on my xl I drilled out some of the holes in the baffle and it made a big difference. Anybody think it may work or any ideas?

Not sure, I've had guys ask me if I could make one for the D&D but I declined at the time. I don't like messing with products that are still available from active companies. Any amount of blockage isn't going to help the performance on that pipe either, it's down a little on power as it is. Part of that is from running lean, the other part is how it was designed.

Do you think maybe if I drill out some of the holes two sizes bigger in the baffle that it would allow more air into the fiberglass to quiet it down a little?
