Whats the best product to detail whole bike

It depends on how dirty it is but for general clean up I use Plexus. Works great!

It sat for 3 years so it has a bit of oxidation on the jugs and cases plus just grime from sitting Brakes may need to be taken off and the rotors cleaned
Rims are awful plastic is Not bad under the seat has road grime that i am not to sure on how i will clean

I like the idea of a foaming cleaner

You need more than Plexus then. Might wanna try a wheel acid on the oxidized parts? May help on the rotors as well? Be careful not to get it on the frame, body panels, or swing arm though...Could stain those parts...

Just wash the rest of the bike and use a plastic polish like Novus if the plastics are scuffed up. Take before and after shots and let us know how it worked out!

Knock it all you want till you try it. Other than the engine, it will clean the rest of your bike better than any other product iv ever tried incuding Plexis and Novus.

i would try engine bright on the engine and probaly a wheel cleaner and if there nasty a stiff bristled brush on bother unless there powder coated.

Turtlewax Ice works extremely well on my carbon. Make sure you use a microfiber cloth too.

Lucas detailing spray! I used to use the Honda/Bike Spirits, but the Lucas stuff leaves a nicer finish, and smells like bubblegum.

You can get it at Formula113.com, I have used every product available that is advertised as a quick detail/cleaner spray, and this is the best (Better than Honda, Meguiars, Mothers, Adams, PDP, CarBrite, 3M, etc). Works perfectly on every surface. Nothing cleans plastics like Plexus though.

The best stuff for the wheels is Zep Purple (Home Depot carries it. Degreases and cleans very easily. Just need on old tooth brush to get into the hard to reach places.
