So I posted a new member thread on buellatinboard.com, and I only got 3 replies, and 1 of the guys was just complaining about buells! I posted here and had 14 replies in 4 hours. Thank you all at buellxb.com for the warm welcome and now I know where ill be spending my time.

I have noticed that the other 2 sites are not very active....they just dont seem to get the traffic BuellXb does. Plus we encourage people to make/design new and improved ways of doing things.....

welcome...I visited the other sites too when I first got my Buell, but quickly settled here. Good people. and the pages load fast...must be the carbon fiber background [smirk]

Don't write off BuelletinBoard too soon. They're definitely the go-to site for tuning and deeply technical info. The people over their know their ****.

HAHAHA same thing happened to me. Then I found BUELLXB and I have not been back except to look for parts. Alot of good helpfull guys on here.

The three boards have different types of people on it. "The bad one" has a lot of posers and people that like to argue. Buelletinboard has a lot of knowledgeable people that don't care to chit chat, and this board seams to have younger, newer, less experienced riders. I will always go to buelletinboard first. Marty is a stand up guy and there is hardly any drama on there. The problem that board has been having this summer is people coming from other boards and bringing there attitudes thinking it was like their other board. I find myself spending more time here but there is not a lot of quality technical things here, and that's what I look for.
I like this board; I think it's gotten a lot bigger and better this summer. Just my .02 and how I see it. I hope no one take offense over this. I don't want to stir the pot.
Matt:)

this site is the biggest and therefore the best cause the mods allow opinions (agreeable or not) thank you my mods:)

I started on buelletinboard. it was great, over time I expanded and came here. This is now my primary stop as I like it the best. Buelletinboard has a great search function that works well and as octo said there are some really great resources over there.

I've noticed that buelletinboard seems to be less active, I do have an account over there but don't visit much anymore. It does have a nice archive of technical knowledge however.

Yeah, all the above.

Buellitenboard needs to lose the avatars and signature crap - do I need to see all that on every post? Don't dilute the terrific technical input there.

BuellXB - low fat, no nonsense, self moderated to a great extent, one click to view profiles. Haven't filled yours in? Get at it folks.

Badboard - great technical content if you can find it. Must be [insert politician of choice here]'s fault. 10 minutes per day is all I need.

This old guy will stick around here a while.

I do all my chatting here, I only joined the other for the classifieds sections. I may browse Buelletinboard for some ecm advice though if people say it's better with technical advice.

Like a few had pointed out this site is more social where Buelletinboard is more tech. With just about every thing figured out on these bikes and nothing new coming down the pipe the less social site will get less traffic. I like Buelletinboard and lurk there a lot but not much going on anymore. Seems there is only a few people that do all the posting over there. Iv only been to badweb 3 times (hate the format).

Buellxb.com makes me feel like this

I've posted the same exact questions on all three boards before and gotten completely different answers, and they all were right. so I keep up on all of them.

I've never actually had a problem with any of the people other than asking if someone had a radar to which they made a big point about not speeding. I'm still not sure what he had attached to his bike lol

Funny, I looked all through BuellintinBoards intro forum and couldn't find much or any bs replies to anyone?

The replies were,
1.Welcome.
2.Sorry not a "Buell Lover or Fan", but I do enjoy the Forum. I am a "Motorcycle Enthusiast", I just happen to own a Buell, for now. Welcome to the site!
3.Welcome to the Board!
Sounds like a warm welcome to me, what did you expect coffee, donuts and your undies folded like mommy did?

:p

I went back and read my original post and I sound like a whiney bitch! I guess my gf was right, whiskey and the internet don't mix. What I meant to say was that this forum seems way more active than all of the other ones I've been on and I didn't mean to offend anyone. No more boozin and typing for me!
