I told my friend the other day id like to ride out to see him. Hes in georgia im near memphis. Its 6 1/2hrs by car. After 30 minutes on this thing I second guess that plan. Im also 6'4" and 290 so I prob look like a frog humpin a grasshopper anyway on this bike!!!

220miles in the Arizona sun, on march 12th it was 90 degrees and i got a nice farmers tan...

600+ in two days. I'm 6'4" 230lb. Was very comfortable(even in 110 deg F heat). I think this bike is comfortable, I have ridden it all day on several occasions without any pain.

850 miles in 14 1/2 hours in 1972.... on a Dunstall Norton Commando. That'd probably cripple me today, but I did 650 miles in a day on my XB9SX, twice, in a week, last year.

little over four hundred in one day, i was only buell all other bikes were harleys. wouldnt bad at all they complained the most lol

I rode my first XB12R from Columbus Ohio to my house in Oklahoma the day I bought it, 900.9 miles to my driveway, 19 hours, and I slept a little in Missouri.

22oo miles in a week from Pa to the dragon , what an awesome trip

Average 300+400 miles a day

Last summer a group of guys and I did the Cascade Loop up here in PNW in one day. 7am Kickstands up, we didnt roll back into town till 11pm.

once I road up to Vancouver canada 5 hours only to get fucked by the border guards and turned around and sent home. That was 10 straight hours with only gas stops.

Cold and Stiffness will be your friend.

Hey Thaloc, I hear ya. Wind seems to have an undesireable effect on temp! 43°f feels like 23°f at 45mph!! Found that out two wks ago......

When the the wind gets to be to chilly just use your front tire as a fairing.... ;)

400 miles is the longest trip I've made. I do multiple 200-300 canyon rides every summer.

Huntley illinois to Knoxville Tenn 600 miles in under 10 hours slept then on to blue ridge motorcycle campground for dragon and off road with my 2006 ulysses 4 days 2100+ miles no problems at all cooling fan didnt come on once bike must have upgraded ecm never comes on when stopped

8hrs of agressive riding. I couldn't tell you the mileage, didnt go anywhere in particular. Just had a day off and wanted to ride my bolt. I'm 6'2 and I don't have a problem with the riding position. I find you have plenty of options to position yourself comfortably [up]

I will be riding my 09 bolt from Shreveport La. to Knoxville Tn...Then to West Palm Beach Fl. end of next week the back to S'port.
I did order a saddleman seat, vista cruise, gel grips +3" windshield, Lazer carbon monaco CF helmet etc for the trip.
If I remember...I'll keep you all posted.
