I have emailed them 3 times over the last month with no reply. I then placed and order and in the special instructions box asked for them to email me.... nothing. I received my package and no email. Looks like they will not be getting any more of my business. I could pick up the phone but that's not convenient for me and if they have an email address they should be monitoring it. They received my order so i know they received my "special instructions" as well.
 
I bought their shift lever awhile back, it was a nice piece. Like you said there was no communication it just showed up out of the blue one day.
 
I ordered from them over the winter without a problem. Placed order online got tracking number next day. My parts came within a week.
 
Was there much delay in getting your part, or do you just want constant communication to make you feel warm and fuzzy.

I've never had any problems dealing with them. Parts always show up
 
no, parts showed up fine, but i wanted to see if they would sell a single part instead of a kit they have listed (therefore i cant just click buy it now) but since they wont reply ill just make it myself as I was going to modify theirs anyways. Just figured it would save time by buying it-

I work for a small company also and every phone call and every email gets answered. Nothing pisses me off more then a company that will not reply to an email if they have it listed on their website. Im busy most days and dont have time to call places during business hours so i prefer email.
