I hear the leaks are pretty common, is it fixable or is it a flaw on all Buells?

yeah, I wasn't too sure about this one. The XB9R i was originally looking at probably wont pan out, so I'm thinking of just dumping another grand and picking up a nice XB12R that doesn't need any work...
