Does the XB12R have any offset between the front and rear wheel against a centreline drawn through the rear wheel ?
My bike has been down and not having measured it before I don't know if it's normal for the front wheel to be offset to the right of the rear wheel (when viewed from above)
Any and all comment gratefully received

when viewed from above, it the bike leaned on the kick stand?
can you notice this offset while riding or in motion?

My quick check for alignment consists of a helper and an 8' fluorescent lamp. Get the bike as level as possible, go both sides of the rear wheel with the lamp and measure the differential on both sides of the front tire, both front and back of tire. If all 4 measurements are equal, you are good (assuming perfect tires/wheels). If that makes sense.

To answer your question, I don't think so.

I'de just see if it tracks straight when you let go of the bars. I think measuring any offset would be pretty unreliable. But you might try snapping a chaulk line of the ground

There should be no offset both wheels should be on Center line, and the way to test is with a long straight edge and the bike level, as mentioned above.

Hope that helps
