i have an 09 firebolt.are my wheel bearings the same as an 08? I know they went to a 3 bearing system on the 10. my rear only has 2 bearings.

2006 are the numbers and whatever type of seal is on them will determine the last numbers

What is the seal part # for the front wheel bearings on A 2009 BUELL XB 12R?

Go to any good race bike shop and they will have some in stock. I went with the ones they had and asked about the seal number. All they said was that they will work. They mount and balance my tires. They do machine work and have a dyno. I got these http://www.allballsracing.com/wheel/25-1351.html without the seals. Just the bearings. Tucker Rocky 41-0046. Basically a race shop won't sell anything that isn't used for your application.

i went to that link and it says firebolt 05-08. i need a bearing for an 09 firebolt front wheel. not 05-08 rear wheel. does anyone know where i can get one or what the part number is that is stamped on the front bearing its self. i could Google the part number and buy it from one of 10 vendors.

6005-RD for the front on an All Balls bearing.

Im doing them myself. I just bought a slide hammer bearing puller, and i made an installer from thick all thread, two thick washers, and two large nuts. I got all 4 bearings for $28. I got those white ones for the front. Slight upgrade. They wanted to charge me $48 just for the rear two bearings at the Harley shop, plus another hour of labor at $95 I told em I was never coming back. I am doing everything myself from now on.

I took my rear wheel off cause it had a flat. They charged me $52 to put a tire on a rim. 10 min to do it and they scratched the shit out of my wheel. Fucken idiots!

Here is my homemade bearing installer i picked up at home depot.. BTW it fits both wheels. In the Buell manual they have one for each wheel. Thats not necessary..

You could just freeze them for an hour and heat the wheel up with a heat gun. Guaranteed smooth. Just drops in. The all thread and nut method makes me nervous since it could jog a hair from trying to get it all started.
Ya I got a guy that mounts and balances for $20. Harley is out of control sometimes.

I used to freeze bearings and heat up the case when i rebuilt two stroke motors, i should have know to do that. Slipped my mind. I will do it for the front wheel.
