Well its gonna break 50 tomorrow and I spent all today putting the bike back together so I'm gonna be on It all day. Hell yes

I hadn't actually been expecting much, I knew the weather was supposed to be 35-40 all week. I just checked again and it looks like Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are supposed to be 49,48, and 53 respectively. Looks like I may be getting out sooner than I thought, although I'm waiting for the roads to clear this time. it was a nightmare cleaning up after that muddy new years eye ride I took.

That was great! He stands up then sits and back again while steering and changeing lanes. That ride was happening about 4 miles from my house. I saw the St. Louis Arch in the background.

YES, the oil pump will have a difficult time circulating oil to the topside of the engine seeing as how the engine is in a position it isn't used to. The way the engine is designed, it is basically like working against gravity. You're starving the topside of oil for prolonged periods of time.

For a lot of bikes there are now aftermarket pump pickups that relocate to the back of the engine, just for wheelie guys. I used to have one on a cbr600rr 2005 when I stunted, it keeps from damaging the engine. Its not the gravity factor you have to worry about it still has enough force to overcome gravity, it is when the bike is upright in the wheelie that the pickup cant get enough oil to actually suck up.

I have nothing against stunting but when your on public roads acting like a squid its no wonder why the public frowns on people who ride bikes..
take it to the back roads or industrial areas and have your fun there.
just my .02

Agreed when I stunted I was always a parking lot guy! I never felt it was right to put others in danger. As a stunt rider we have been trying to make it a legitament sport and if you have a bunch of hooligans on the street giving stunt riders a bad name then it makes it hard to justify it as sport!

I'm in sw Iowa and I'm gonna clean my bike after the ride. But the snow comment was for the video since its obviously Not in winter

I had heard something similar about sv650s a few years ago when someone wanted to trade his for my f4. I think the issue with those was oil collecting in the front cylinder rocker box and not being able to drain back into the case.
