which seals to replace for crank rebuild?

So I have my cases split and the crank /rods off to dark horse. Was wondering which crankcase seals ( if any) I have to replace on 're assembly . Trans is still intact in left case . Is it necessary to replace the pinion , primary or main output shaft seals when I reassemble? I already have new seals for the shift lever shaft and cam cover

I would replace them all. Since everything is apart you might as well have a newish engine and seals
