I ride an 09 XB12R Black everything except for red window and Buell Decals on tank.

I love my Bell helmet. I ended up going a little more expensive than what you're looking at but I got it for a better deal than I've seen anywhere on the internet because I went in and talked with them.

I'm definitely happy with the carbon fiber helmet over a fiberglass reinforced helmet for the weight savings alone. I can ride for hours without my neck getting tired or the wind taking my head. Stability is greatly improved. I would suggest getting something carbon and I definitely recommend Bell or Arai

I have a Bell Star with the Transitions shield and love it. Get what you like.

I would say the Bell.

The weight isnt that different between the carbon Star and the RS 1.

Have you tried either one on yet, or just going on looks?

Granted its nice to have a good looking lid but if it fits like poop ur not going to wear it.

Throw a shoei in there too if ur willing to go into the $400 range.

I think the second one looks awesome. Not a huge fan of the colour scheme, but the helmet itself is sweet.

I have'nt tried either of the helmets on. But I know how I fit in Bell and according to Revzilla the Kali should fit similarly. Also Revzilla has a nice return policy if the one I choose doesnt fit. Does anyone have experience owning the Kali Naza?? Thanks to everyone for the responses. I know Arai and Shoei are the standards by which all helmets are measured, But Kali seems to have some great technology in their helmets at a great price. Also According to Revzilla review, the RS-1 boasts a huge array of features and safety.
