Who is the tallest Lightning rider?

Just curious how tall of a guy can be comfortable on a standard Lightning?

I'm 6'1 and I fit alright on my Ss.

6'3" on a XB9SX ... gets a little cramped after an hour or so of highway riding. Riding the twisties always makes the ride much more comfortable though.

I'm 6'6" + 225lbs, and wondered if other tall riders were present. I have a 2005 XB9? lighting. I like it a lot and usaully ride a ktm 525 on the dirt. I'm able to throw the bike around like a bicycle. Use to ride ninjas and R1's but this Buell is going to stay in the collection for awhile. As you all know its a blast to ride but needs a little more power.

I thought about it but after sitting on one it appeared the 9 was taller. May need to do a little research but it felt that way and the power didn't see that much different. Tell me if I'm wrong please....

The 9's are taller in seat height than the 12's in stock form. (Except the SS are taller than the 9's by 1/2")

Never technically rode it yet though...lol. Arrived 2 days ago off the truck and I'm still doing the registration. Also, it's been snowing, and it arrived with a dead battery.

Now that I've resurrected the thread from the dead, can someone direct me toward some tall people mods? Lower pegs, re-angling the bars, etc?

38" inseam...when flatfooted I stand about 6 inches over the stock seat on my xb12ss. As far as mods I have a TT solo seat that I usually ride and a Baldwin seat ordered for when I ride 2 up. I've considered getting pegs with a 2" drop but really don't think I'll need it. I'll probably look at some crossroads or similar bars in the future, but not because they are necessary, more cause I like how they look!
