Well I just finished up my 98 xc 700.. it had been in a front end crash causing the whole left side to be pushed in.. hood was pretty bad so I got a new one. All new shocks and control arms. I painted the hood key lime green and went with a green and red paint skyme. I also added a digetron to watch exhaust temps. For the seat I installed a seat and tank off an 09 polaris dragon. I then made a spare tank bracket. I also added some better boards to help with grip on the feet. It has 136 inch paddle track with a big wheel kit. Engine is mainly stock minus the gutted stock can.. I'm ready for snow.. I bought this from my boss for 1200 wrecked. Only reason I spent that much is because the engine had been gone threw and the all the bearing and hi faxes are new.. whoelse rides. Post some pics

How do you like the big wheel kit? I almost got one but didn't get a good enough proof that it helps performance not just looks. I got 9 nytro fx that I just ordered a 144 extension and a couple other little stuff I'll get some pics when I get her out and start putting it together. and heck yeah I'm ready for snow. Its 35° tonight that's not helping my patients. Lol I like the seat swap

The big wheel kit let's the engine work easier to spin the track due to the angle of the track being bigger and not as tight.. worth in for any sled

I had an arctic cat zr 800, loved it, a great sled and that suzuki motor was a blast. I had to sell it to pay for some things. I havent been using it because here in northing illinois we havent really had a good winter for at least 3 years. I didnt ride once last year so just sold it.

Still rocking my 04 summit 800 144" track with an 800r engine swap, mbrp can bigger jets and an open air box and some engine work. Not sure what was all done but I got the engine from a family friend. I hope we get snow like we have been rain here in co. A little scared cuz last winter we started a pretty big slide that scared the piss out of me.

We haven't got a lot of snow in Iowa the past few years.. really hope in didn't waste all my time and time and money on it.. we will wait and see

i just bought a sled on wednesday... 1989 Polaris Indy Trail 488- 2500 miles and got it for $300!
I just want something to take kids for rides around the yards and hay fields across the street.

I used to ride alot. I had a Polaris 95 XLT Special, then got a 98 XCR 700. Then sold both and bought an 04 REV 800 136" track.

After a while i got sick of traveling to VT, NH, ME to ride and we were not getting much snow so i got rid of them and my trailer. I will say, sledding is by far the most fun you can have!!!

My buddy is debating installing the nitrous kit he has for his SnoPro '440'. It's somewhere just over 900cc now, with a 150 something inch track on it. It's already well over 120hp and very light. Should be a fun toy.

Nice vintage XC badtitan!
I sled but I normally just rent them. I usually end up with a little Ski Doo 600rs or 800r, Phazer MTX, or something similar. I do have a friend that lends me his Arctic Cat M1000 occasionally; what a ******* beast!

We normally get out to the CDN Rocky Mountains & west; places like Revelstoke, Golden, Sparwood & Invermere.

Saw this beast at snow show the other day
Haha, extra points to farmboy for knowing that HD/AMC made sleds too! Taking one of these things into the back-country would've been a real gamble with your life!

Yeah no way would I ride that thing. My uncle has a AMC HD dual sport 175 he calls it his mini hog

sleds looking good titan[up] I keep hearing from all the old farmers its going to be a harsh winter so you might actually get to ride it. It figures the year I buy a boat we'd have a long harsh winter (your welcome for my shity luck!)

My 97 Yamahaha V-max 600. Nothing fancy but does the trick for the winters we seem to get nowadays. Pretty much Goat trails around me and no snow to go further!

My 91 Rxl We use for grass draging, and an occasional ice run for fun. Never made it out this year, too much fun biking to kill the weekends away!

I love seeing old sleds still out.. the new ones are sweet but seeing an old one do what the new ones were made to do is just awesome

Nice rig you got Titan, pretty nice the way it came together! Always a good time to get out with some friends on there newer stuff on the trails around hear. Don't they get some pissed when your right on them with your old beater! Now up country... Thats a different story, But the V-max is still good for a few trips north. Not the fastest, but not 10k either!

I actually having rode this sled yet. I bought it from my boss wrecked and rebuilt it how I wanted.. everyone that has rode with him on this said it just rips.. all stock just geared and piped.. can't wait for the white stuff..
