Not a fan of my tourmaster gloves they are not as waterproof as I would like. I have to peel them off if I catch a mild shower. The vest gets stupid hot though.

Used my Gerbing heated jacket liner and gloves this morning while riding my 12R to work at 4:30am in Southern NH... Warm and toasty.

Royce in NH:D

My jacket (Bering Venom) has an inner liner that uses the Heat-Pax system. As the name sugests, they have pockets that accept packs that heat you, you just tear them open or something, some chemical reaction happens in them and they keep you warm for hours. I have a couple of sets that came with my jacket, but I haven't used them up to now. Usually over here, if it's so cold that I'll need heating on my jacket, then there might also be ice on the road, so I'm better off in the car.

About the gloves... why not install those heated "windbreakers" that stay on the bike, powered by the bike. I think they are called heated handlebar muffs? But I've heard that even non-heated ones will do the job. Just wear your favourite gloves that give you good feeling underneath.

Cause those are ugly as hell!! IF i had a goldwing or Harley I would put those on.

What is everyone using?

I just use a heated liner that zips to my buell jacket. then I have the plug wired under my seat. Just plug it in and press on, and I get nice and toasty.

I got the plug in vest and gloves from Harley , do not know what brand they use , but work very well . Only recommendation , if possible , find a set with a thermastat . I keep the switch on the left , and every so often must shut it off or it gets too hot . Make sure the gloves and vest are compatible , just 1 battery connection .
