Why are new headlights $93...

I'm just gonna start out by saying I'm a broke-ass college boy. Long story short I need a headlight and new ones are $93.xx which is outrageous for a headlight if you ask me. I don't actually need the lens piece I only need the reflector that attaches to the back of the lens that the bulb goes into (will post pics later). I need this fixes quick so any information would be helpful but if I can't get something on one soon then I'll have to dish out and get a new headlight. Thanks in advance.

Buy some chrome paint and refinish it. Then buy some DDM HID headlights for it.

No sir. My headlight has been demolished. Good idea though.
