Why should I buy a Buell?

Best looking bike out there in my opinion. Unique. Not a bike thats about going 150+mph but like Buells moto says, its about owning the corners. You should take one for a test ride, then you'll be hooked. Good luck in your purchase

Edit: also Id like to add the pure joy I get when a twist the throttle while there is a Harley guy at a gas station and watch him turn around expecting to see another Harley.....and theres me....on a Sportbike

Its a real world bike, loads of torque, carves corners like a knife and is different than anything else on two wheels. But its more than just the bike its the community and commodore of its riders and the ingenuity to overcome some of its short falls.

Because it's different, look very good, usable power and when it run well it's the most fun you will ever have on a bike.

Actually...I didn't...my bike bought me...please help stop human "traffiking"...lolz

It fits my personality, a lot more kick than you would expect out of such a small frame. Makes alot of noise and backs it up.

I just couldn't believe how different it looked / felt and so I went to see one up close and personal at the dealer. after that , there was no turning back.

I knew when the dealer started the bike up outside the showroom for me to test ride I was going to buy it. Before I ever felt the torque, the vibration you feel through the grips, it makes me feel more connected to the road. Then I took it for the test ride, and didnt want to go back. My white and blue Firebolt was right next to a brand new 1125R, and after hearing the XB12R I didn't even test ride the 1125. Sold!

I got my S3 b/c it fit me, is comfortable to ride, can carry a second rider if necessary, and a 5.6 gal tank so I get a range where I don't have to stop every hour or so to fuel up. Plus all the other stuff, unique, different, American (pre total HD ownership), and I can still do most all of the work on it at home.

Hmmm
they have loads of attitude... all menacing and brooding... it gets looks everywhere it goes and when i blip the throttle outside coffee shops, people look around with that "what the f**k is making that noise?" look on their face.

simple...cause i wanted to!

not to get more people around my bike than others, although i do enjoy that fact, especially when riding next to my friends with duc's and such.

i like the looks, sound but especially the way it rides.
i made a testride and was sold, and that's how you know it's the bike for you!

Looked different, wasn't so prone riding position as the jap bikes ( i like the look and feel of the riding position ) and with a few tweeks and mods its an aggressive looking and sounding bike.

When I started looking I really wanted to buy American. My priorities changed when I saw what a Lightning looked like and my whole perception is changed now that I own and ride one.One happy moment after another. No regrets!

it was the sound that sound me more than anything else. after the first test ride i knew i would never buy another rice burner again. it may not be the fasted thing on two wheels but it has what you need when you need if you ride on the street alot. i have always used a bike for commuting and a buell just makes more sense. i am not going to go 150 plus mph to work. it will always be my favorite and i plan on always owning at least one.

i plan on always owning at least one.
Agreed.

Now that I own a Buell, I may buy other bikes down the road but im positive it will be parked next to a Firebolt....maaaybe a Lightning....Or a 1125R/CR.

BUELL FOR LIFE!!!

The buell is different, I like all the engineering in the bike (fuel tank, oil tank, front brake, etc), better gas mileage over similar bikes, riding position, etc...

That's why I bought a buell. I have only seen 4 other buells on the road, 3 of which were at the Indy motoGP. I like being different....

Nothing sounds neater for sure. My daily commuter. Funnest bike I've ever had. Not as fast as the turbo zx-11 or as good mpg as the nx250..

And, its American.

Kuddos to Eric.

seen a few leftover 919 honda..400 pounds 109 hp 6 speed for in the 7000 range like a metric buell except its inline water cool......im really cracking up nice cheep way to get on a fun bike with some balls run 11.02 so they say
