I found a black swing arm, part #K00031 AKYBP or so he says. Will this fit my 2003 XB9s?

Yes...but it "can" be done. Just have to weigh the cost/value. It still beats one of those hideous swingarm extensions [down]

No, I haven't done this swap. I offered part numbers for a XB12R. I won't because your bike will be a lot higher in the rear. Your bike will be unsafe to ride, especially a CG bike. After walking out and looking at both of them together, I am doubting it will work at all. The frames between a regular XB and Long models have different frames and the shock is offset slightly different in the frame. Do this at your own risk. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
