Windshield & Hand guard deflector

Does anyone know what kind of material this windshield is made out of?

I am looking at doing a mystical paint job on them and want to make sure I use the right paint.

The hand guards are the same material is the other black plastic bits. The left side scoop is a good example; they both have the same pebble texture.
