I'm not much of a cruiser rider, but in my limited experience on them, I appreciate how effective a large windshield can be because you're seated low & laid-back which allows the windscreen to deflect air cleanly up & around you.
On sportbikes, and even standards (which we might characterize your Uly as), I have never been impressed with the performance of any windshield other than something that's very minimal. My experience is that taller windscreens just create a bunch of turbulence right at helmet level, resulting in uncomfortable buffeting & neck strain.
Personally, I'd rather be fully-exposed in clean-air, than half-protected in dirty air. Therefore, my recommendation would be for something small, unlike what you might be used to on your cruiser.
