So, I've relocated my plate under my rear fender close to rear shock, and I've ordered an 3 bulb LED light to shine on my plate. My question is what would be the best way to wire this in? I was thinking about splicing into my brake light. But, which wire is my constant positive? Or should I use an open spot on the fuse block up front, then will it always be hot to only when I turn the key? If its turn key that would be nice of course. What do you think?

a simple continuity light will tell you which wire is the "always on" wire to your tail light is just tap into that wire and ground the other wire

Why not wire into the old plate light? The wire is already there...and runs into the accesory fuse.

Isnt the orig. plate light the same light as the constant brake light? They share the same bulb right? I should ground to the frame? If I tap into the brake light positive, why not just use the neg. also? That way I wound have to make a new ground.
I dont know...just storming on what would be easiest and best.

On the Bolts they only have 1 bulb as the brake/ running light. Just find out which wire is which at your light assy and tap into that wire to wire up your plate light. Yes you can ground to the frame or even run the wire to neg terminal of your battery since your pretty close.
