WTB: Exhaust Valve Actuator for '08 XB12XT

I need a functioning exhaust valve actuator. Part number #S1138.1AA. This is the unit on the top of the airbox with the cable that opens or closes the exhaust valve at specific RPMs. Most people who change to an aftermarket exhaust has this removed or disabled. Please let me know if you have one and how much you want for it shipped to Seattle and I can PPal you right away. THANKS!
