does anyone have a rear shock adjustment wrench for a xb they want to sell me.

I think there called a spanner wrench.

my bike didn't come with one.

thats what i used to decrease the preload but figure it wouldnt work as well to increase. and not sure that would classify as rube goldberg.

A pair of slip-joint pliers across 2 or 3 set of ears on the adjuster work as well. Carefull use and no marks are left

Yes pliers adjusted out did mine easy... no marks. And I was increasing as well
