WTF ASB fender eliminator all scratched up!

I just got my asb fender eliminator in the mail today and it's all scratched up!! has this happened to anyone else?

that is a bummer for sure though. like the grinch stealing christmas

I contacted them and they told me to send some pictures. I hope it can be resolved very quickly. I hate waiting for something to come in the mail!!

(And for those that say I should just paint over them, for almost 200 dollars I shouldn't have to do anything except install it.)

dang I hate having to wait for stuff. especially stuff I already waited for once.

I am doing the same thing with my alarm. it frustrates the heck out of me. defective out of the box and I need to send it back to the manufacturer and wait for them to mess with it and send it back out to me.

al at asb is known for good customer service so I am sure he will resolve this issue.

so, update, I have been talking to Al at ASB and he is great! I should be getting my FE tomorrow! must have been a packaging problem and rough handling by the UPS, because he wanted to know how it was wrapped when I received the package. After I told him there was no bubble wrap between the fender eliminator and the Licence plate bracket, he told me he sent out a new one and to ship him back the scratched one. Definitely great customer service, and I will be back to shop there again!

Al is an awesome guy and has been a great asset to the buell community. I participated in his customer appreciation event and walked away with a free set of CRG mirrors. If your on the west coast, you should go this year.

Delta one: I couldnt believe it either! what a trusting person, but I guess he also has my address and billing info he could just charge me again. lol

Yeah had only great service with them.

I was once sent one set of front brake pads and two sets of rear brake pads when I need two fronts and one back set. They sent me another set of fronts and then when I got the box they had a return slip just slapped it on the box and the extra rears in the box and all was done.
