WTT: XB9SX Lightning Suspension for SCG Suspension

I hear this is a common swap since the SCG guys want the more comfortable taller suspension on the XB9SX I have. The bike I'm working on is for my friends wife and she wants it lower (already tried the low seat). Seems like an easy swap and I have plenty of room in my garage and the tools to do it if you want to make a day out of it at my house in Birdsboro, PA 19508. The swap would be the rear spring, front shocks, lower front triple clamp, and kickstand. I cant see this taking more than a few hours to complete.

I would be willing to ship these parts to someone not nearby as well in exchange. The bikes suspension is in great shape from what I can tell. We can take pics of each others parts before shipping if you want to go this route.

hey... that youtube video is my and a mate doing the swap on my lady's 07 xb9Sx now cg. it took us two hours almmost exactly.

i just did it again for her other bike. 2009 xb12Rcg.

looks so much lower standind beside my bolt. but it is perfect for a chick at about 5'2"
